Patio – outside (rain or shine) – 5 tables – seats approx. 40 people (Castle Bounce House available as on add-on)

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Once paid, all fees for Birthday Party Packages and other events are non-refundable. If you desire to reschedule your event, this is possible as long as you provide us with at least five (5) days written or electronic (emailed) notice of the desire to reschedule your event. Your rescheduled event must take place within one (1) year from the original event date. All event rescheduling is subject to availability regarding time, package, and area. In the event of a cancellation made less than 5 days before the scheduled date, the 50% deposit will be forfeited.

FACILITY RENTAL

We also offer the possibility of booking the entire facility for your party celebration.
Imagine having all of Play City at your disposal, only for you & your guests!

Facility rentals can be done between Mon-Thurs. depending on availability. 

There’s a minimum required 2 hour rental.

IMPORTANT NOTE

Costumers that would like to hold any party or celebration inside Play City, without having an existing booking for a party package, will not be allowed to do that inside the premises.
As per company policy, and in line with common business practices, Play City does not allow celebrations (which include but are not limited to decorations, party favors, and party desserts) without a proper party booking, inside the premises.
