UPGRADES
We can only offer upgrades from a general admission to either a VIP membership or a 10 visit promo card. Upgrades will only be honored the day that the regular admission was purchased.
DISCOUNTS
Military discounts or other discounts can only be applied at time of purchase (no exceptions). Must have valid active ID.
Discount is only valid for general admission or birthday party packages.
Only one discount per transaction, discounts or offers cannot be combined in the same transaction.
REFUNDS
NO REFUNDS, only store credit (no exceptions).

When buying a membership, play cards or general admission, please be reminded that black out dates apply such as Christmas, Thanksgiving, New Years Eve, Fourth of July, Easter, special events, etc.
